EDL founder Stephen Yaxley-Lennon admits mortgage fraud

English Defence League (EDL) founder and former leader Stephen Yaxley-Lennon has admitted mortgage fraud offences.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiring with others to obtain a mortgage by misrepresentation from the Abbey and Halifax building societies.

The 30-year-old, also known as Tommy Robinson, committed the offences in 2009.
Robinson's address and the court where he appeared cannot be named for legal reasons.

He was warned he could face a prison term when he is sentenced in the new year.
Earlier this year, Robinson was jailed for 10 months for using someone else's passport to travel to the USA.
He left the EDL last month, citing increasingly racist elements within the group.
Yaxley-Lennon founded the EDL in 2009 after five Muslim men demonstrated in Luton against a homecoming parade by the Royal Anglian Regiment.

White supremacist group considers John Day for possible national headquarters (USA)

Grant County residents are taking steps to fight any effort by members of a white supremacist group calling themselves the Aryan Nations to find a new headquarters in John Day.
On Friday, residents will gather for two town hall meetings in Canyon City, just south of John Day. Speakers will include Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, attorneys Norman Gissell and Tony Stewart, who helped win a landmark judgment against the Church of Jesus Christ Christian-Aryan Nations in 2000.
On Monday, 60 to 70 protesters carried signs in downtown John Day with slogans such as "One Race: Human," "No to Aryan Nations!" and "Say No to Hate and Violence!"
The gatherings come in the wake of a visit to John Day last week by Paul R. Mullet, who described himself as the Aryan Nations national director. He told townspeople he was in town to look at two large downtown properties for a possible national headquarters for the group, said John Day Mayor Bob Quinton.
Mullet, of Athol, Idaho, added that Grant County, with its wide open spaces, would be an ideal setting for both a headquarters and a neo-Nazi national gathering in September 2011.
Mullet also said he was looking for a property with enough space to train recruits, house them in a barracks, and hold gatherings. The group would pay cash "from legal means," he said.
Wearing a uniform shirt with a swastika patch, Mullet was accompanied by Leif Berlin, described as the group's Washington state leader, and Grant County residents Jacob Green of Mount Vernon and Christopher Cowan of John Day, said John Day Police Chief Richard Tirico.
Quinton expressed surprise that anyone in the county would be affiliated with the hate group.
"If they've got a presence here, it's been pretty much under the radar," he said.
But Grant County Undersheriff Todd McKinley said officials aren't dismissing the group's plan. "We are taking it seriously," he said.
Grant County, with fewer than 8,000 residents in an area twice the size of Delaware, "would rather be known for cattle and timber and their rivers, and not be known as an area that harbors a hate group," McKinley added.
Monday's rally drew a broad cross section, Quinton said.
"There were grandmothers and people in their 20s and every age group in between," he said. "There were log trucks honking and cars honking and people waving."
The supremacist group advocates so-called racial purity and claims that Jews and nonwhites are natural enemies of white people. The group seeks to establish a state for the "Aryan race," where nonwhites would be prohibited.
The group's interest in Grant County may have been piqued by a 2002 ballot measure declaring the county a "U.N.-free" zone. The designation has occasionally attracted outsiders with the mistaken idea that Grant County is lawless and a good spot to lie low, law enforcement officials said.
Lt. Stuart Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office in Coeur d'Alene monitors separatist, neo-Nazi and white supremacist activities. He said the group has been relatively inactive in the Idaho panhandle since the 2004 death of Richard Butler, the group's longtime leader.
Butler owned a 20-acre compound and neo-Nazi church near Hayden Lake, north of Coeur d'Alene, for many years. He was forced to sell it in 2000 after losing a $6.3 million lawsuit brought by two Native Americans, a mother and son, who were shot at by Aryan Nations members.
The group's current national leader is August B. Kreis 3rd of Lexington, S.C., according to the group's Web site. The site says the group's national headquarters will soon move to St. Cloud, Fla.
Mullet, meanwhile, and two associates were accused in August of scattering supremacist literature on lawns around Coeur d'Alene, Miller said, but charges of littering were later dismissed.
Grant County remains on guard.
"I can guarantee you we are probably not done with the issue," said Tirico, the police chief. "Most of the population is agreeing they will stand together on this. I am very happy with the community on the way they handled this."

BNP wants election violence but we will stop them, says minister

BNP thugs will try to provoke violence during the general election campaign in London, a government minister warned today.
Immigration minister Phil Woolas said there was no doubt that “bad people” in the racist party — whose leader Nick Griffin is standing for election in Barking and Dagenham — would “like to cause trouble”.
Mr Woolas said the Met police and the Crown Prosecution Service were preparing for a surge in public order offences and taking precautions.
“You allow free speech of course, but you take measures to ensure that inflammatory incidents and events are not juxtaposed,” he said.
“You take care that public figures are kept away from inflammatory points. I've been very impressed by the sophistication of the Met so I think we will prevent the problem.”
Mr Woolas, the MP for Oldham East and Saddleworth, said: “We are going to beat the BNP. Nick Griffin actually stood in my constituency and we saw them off and we're doing the same in London by recognising the concerns of the people who vote for them and are tempted to vote for them.
“We don't pander to them and we don't pander to racism, but we do say that we understand the concerns of the BNP voter and we are addressing those concerns.”
Mr Woolas predicted that immigration would be the second most important issue of the election after the economy, leading to a “bruising battle” between the main political parties.
He claimed that Labour would win votes on the issue because of the success of the new “points-based system”, under which non-EU migrants can enter Britain to work or study if they meet criteria relating to their skills, wealth and earnings.
Mr Woolas revealed that from next year the system would be strengthened through the introduction of a “London skills shortage list”.
He said: “You can say you can work in this country as a teacher, but you can only work in London. If the employer who is sponsoring you doesn't play that game we can fine the employer.”
The minister said the Government was also planning new rules under which migrants who fail to pay for NHS treatment will be barred from Britain until they clear their debt.
“If you come and use the NHS and we send you a bill and you don't pay it we won't let you back in the country. That's 20p or £20,000… I feel quite strongly about this. If you are coming into the country and using the NHS, it's not a charity,” he said.
“It's paid for by the taxpayer for the taxpayers and although we respect the Hippocratic oath and we look after anyone who needs emergency treatment, we are not suckers. We won't allow people to come and use our health service unless they pay for it.”
Mr Woolas said it was wrong to assume that his support for immigration controls was an authoritarian position.
“I believe that we will only create a tolerant society when people are reassured that we are controlling immigration,” he said.
“Because people fear that we don't control immigration, the person who gets the backlash is the legal migrant and the British ethnic minorities. So I believe that controlling immigration is morally the right thing to do.”

which was posted by a user called WandsworthBNP.

It clearly stated that Mr Phillips has now become a problem and must be removed.

This video is an obvious incitement to violence and a death threat.

Relevant authorities have been contacted about this as they need to take appropriate action against such death threats. We have a copy of the original video and we are more than happy to hand it over to the police.

As the Italian authorities have recently arrested individuals for a video that was abusive to children that was only posted for a short period of time before being removed by the uploader on to You Tube I see no reason why the British law enforcement agencies should not find the person who made this video and prosecute him to the full extent of the law.

Rod Liddle puts potential editors job at The Independent at risk with another controversial blog post

Ron Liddle the Former BBC Radio 4 Today editor has once again drawn attention to himself through controversial views posted online.

In December 2009 he referring to the case where two teenage rappers tried to murder a pregnant 15-year-old, described the perpetrators as "human filth" before adding "It could be an anomaly, of course. But it isn't."

Rod Liddle defends quip about Auschwitz on Millwall fans' forum

It began as a series of tasteless, vulgar conversations about race, religion and sex on a football fan website, but it could end with Rod Liddle, the former Today editor turned controversial columnist, being denied the chance to edit the Independent.

Liddle felt compelled to explain in the Jewish Chronicle today why he posted a comment on the fan forum Millwall Online complaining that he couldn't smoke at Auschwitz. In his article for the paper, Liddle described as "absurd" suggestions that he is anti-Semitic.

He has used Millwall Online, which has no official links to the south London club, to say: "It's fucking outrageous that you can't smoke in Auschwitz. I had to sneak round the back of the gas chambers for a crafty snout. Also, I wasn't convinced by the newish Auschwitz Burger Bar and Grill."

Liddle used the Chronicle to claim: "My point … was that I felt it had been stripped of its awfulness and bleakness … festooned with no smoking signs and disabled access ramps."

His intervention came at the end of a week when his credentials as a possible editor of the Independent had been called into question.

Alexander Lebedev, the Russian billionaire who last year acquired a controlling stake in the London Evening Standard, is in negotiations to buy the Independent from its Irish owners. He is thought to have lined up Liddle, who writes for the Spectator and the Sunday Times, to replace the incumbent editor, Roger Alton.

Liddle has posted dozens of messages on Millwall Online using the pseudonym Monkeymfc, including, allegedly, derogatory comments about Somalis, insulting references to the ITV newsreader Mary Nightingale and racist comments.

Tens of thousands of Czech Facebook users who joined a group that alleged it would donate financial support to Haitian earthquake victims had unwillingly become supporters of racist ideas as the group suddenly changed its description. Aktuálnì.cz learned about the con from its readers. According to its original description, the group named „For every member, 10 CZK (0.40 EUR) will be sent to help Haiti“ was started by Czech entrepreneurs to help the Caribbean nation. Soon, tens of thousands of Czech Facebook users joined the group - in the morning hours of Monday 19 January 2009, there were about 135 thousand registered.

“No reason to support an overpopulated species” However, already on Saturday 18 January 2009, the alleged noble cause turned into a cynical joke and racist propaganda. “Blacks are not an endangered, but rather overpopulated species. There is no single reason to support them,” the group founded by a user named Adéla Sobotková started to say on Sunday. The author added her own alleged experiences with non-white inhabitants of other countries. “I myself have seen in France and England how terrible it is for whites to live in quarters inhabited by blacks, Arabs or Pakis. The idea that someday they start to breed less and experience demographic decrease caused by low birth rate as in the case of white people, is naïve,” the author said. By 10:30 on Monday 19 January, the group appeared to be deleted.

Finlands security police (Supo) report that neo-Nazi groups in the country are failing to get support. Recession tends to create a boom of anti-immigrant/ethnic feeling but in Finland it appears it has not made a difference. And in fact the numbers has now fallen to level of 1990s actively. And even though the groups recently have created a website and attached racist stickers in prominent places in a number of Finish cities it has still not attracted any level of support.

Supo even have to admit that there only about a dozen real racist activists in the country and their impact on society and politics is non-existent.
We believe it should be a huge selling point for their country that they need to advertise.

The lawyer for an Aboriginal Alice Springs man says his client wants internet giant Google to attend mediation with him and produce a racism policy. Aboriginal broadcaster Steve Hodder-Watt complained to the Human Rights Commission about Google's listing of a racist website in its search results. The website, Encyclopedia Dramatica, used racist descriptions of Aboriginal people and Google has since taken down its listing. But Mr Hodder-Watt's lawyer George Newhouse says the search engine needs to come back with a more comprehensive response. "Google needs to respond to Steve," Mr Newhouse said. "They need to set up a proper system of dealing with these complaints and taking down racism. "And I also think the Government needs to address this issue. "It shouldn't take Steve Hodder-Watt to chase every rat down every drain to remove racist material from the internet." Google says it has a policy of removing sites when it receives a legal request. "We respond to complaints and review them by reference to applicable law and in this case, we removed the URLs identified to us from the search results on google.com.au," a Google spokeswoman said. "In the interest of transparency, the search results now provide notice that pages have been removed in response to a legal request and in their place is a link to chillingeffects.org, which catalogues these removals as well as the legal ground for the removal."

Hate Groups Using Social Networking Sites to Recruit and Inform

Yesterday on the anti-BNP Hope Not Hate website an item about the apparent cracks that are appearing in the anti-Islamic Group the English Defence League was published. We found this article an interesting read but it only briefly mentions the fact that the EDL use social networking sites as a way to gain support and spread hate propaganda.

Yet again another hate group comes to light that have found a valuable tool in the allowance of social networks to refuse to take a moralistic stance and do something to help combat race/religious/sexuality hate promotion on their sites. Until they decide that although free speech should not be silenced, hate speech is a different language and should be prevented.

The recent rioting caused by African immigrants in the picturesque town of Rosarno, Italy has brought to light a disturbing fact of how organised crime within the country is still extremely widespread.

The riots broke out after it now appears three local residents shot a number of the legal immigrants with pellet guns.

Immigrants who arrive in Italy find themselves ending up trapped in a system where they work 10 – 14 hours a day for around $3 an hour. They live in improvised shelters of shacks or tents without any of the modern appliances or basic human resources we take for granted. They have no right to health care and support service’s/organisations to aid them are extremely scarce, non-white police are never seen and therefore many immigrants do not report any form of crime they fall victim to and often people go missing and are believed to be killed.

So these people become prime picking's for the organised crime gangs within the country as a slave labour force. And you can understand why. They receive a higher rate of pay, better living conditions and apparently better treatment from such gangs than the Italian government or officials give them.

Incidentally Italy’s parliament has only one non-white person representative

Still the Rosarno riots highlight the fact that this is a very volatile situation and at any moment more civil unrest can occur and that racism seem to be very much ingrained into the Italian governmental system which is obviously torn between acceptance of the immigrants and very xenophobic stance.

Many countries have now addressed these concerns to Italy. But as of yet Italy seems reluctant to really fully deal with the situation and until they do we should expect more of such incidents.

Race Riots Grip Italian Town

Over the past weekend extreme race riots have erupted in the working-class city of Rosarno, Italy which included cars being burned, shops being damaged and more than 70 people, including 30 immigrants, 19 policemen and 17 Italians were injured.

Due to these riots the local authorities put more than a thousand African workers aboard trains and buses and shipped them to immigrant detention centres following the worst riots the country has seen in years.

It is believed that the riot was started following what the workers believed to be racist attack on a 2 legal immigrant worker with a pellet-guns by locals. Authorities are unsure who pulled the trigger but they are investigating the theory that organised crime may have been linked to the incident.

From a Child to Hate Preacher in 6 months with BNP grooming.

In 2009 a You Tube user by the name of Safcman appeared on the video sharing website. His first video blog post, although being critical of the ethnic minorities, was not really hateful but just views put across through misunderstanding and mixed with typical British National Party immigrant/anti-Islam, well publicised propaganda lies.

However 6-7 months on, this now teenager actively advocates the murder of Muslims and spreads racist hate through his videos and comments. Recently he posted a video that has been banned across many internet sites which, in a cartoon format, depicted a Jew stabbing a Muslim and then shouting “Anti-Semitic hate" when he was to be arrested and he now also posts extreme racial comments like the one pictured.

So how did this happen, and why?
The simple truth is the corruption of this person is not an accident.
Any user who posts a video on the You Tube web site that relates in anyway to the BNP or their views faces extreme abuse or racist grooming depending on which side of the agenda they are on.

Firstly: the people who post anti-BNP videos.

As stated anyone who posts a video that challenges or criticises the BNP or their policies runs the gauntlet of extreme abuse, stalking, false video flagging and even violent threats. Very seldom is it from just one person but more like a horde and it’s often the same people doing it.

The new video poster more than often removes the video or his comments. Although the user can and does block and report the more extreme cases, the person causing the abuse often just creates a new You Tube user profile and then just carries on with his hateful campaign.

But what if you post a video expressing concern about immigration or Islamic ideology?

The BNP supporters swarm to the video with comments of support and admiration, often their comments will create falsehoods that directly affect the user and his video. Things like “don’t expect your video to get a lot of views because the anti-bnp’ers on here make sure people don’t watch it” etc. obviously these are simple lies. More often than not the video is not well done or informative; in other words it’s simply boring.

Why does one kitten video do better than another kitten video? Who knows, but as far as we are aware there are no anti-kitten video groups on you tube controlling viewing so no cute kitten video mafia.
But through posting comments like that the BNP supporters immediately create an “them against us” and a “they want to stop all free speech” view on the site to their new prey.

Friend invites, messages, subscriptions soon follow. The new user will often post another video but now it has a little bit more extreme view, not to the level of hate speech but regular users of the site can often see the step up in racist attitude and leanings towards the BNP. And as more and more videos are uploaded their hate and leanings grow. Often they will accuse everyone who does not agree with them as being fascist, Nazi, race traitor etc. Accusations of being members of the UAF are common and the old Goering ideology of “if you’re not for us you are against us (Britain)” is claimed again and again.

So what can we do?
Active groups and users that oppose racial hate preachers need to be formed, support must be offered to people who are victims of the BNP “New User” attack, truth instead of race hate lies needs to be the standard, and facts supplied rather than name calling offered as a defence. Basically people need to do what the BNP are actively doing.
Unlike any other political party’s members the BNP are directly creating followers to their platform through this simple procedure. Not only are they creating followers they are creating the hate preachers of tomorrow. And unless people do something there will be many more Safcman’s in the years to come.
